I ran in the woods this morning with the Humanoid live in the ears. Now I run with a watch which gives me my race time, my distance and my heart rate during the race.
I run long distances. it 's prudent to check my heart.
I was very surprised this morning that my heart was beating at 55 beats per minute before starting my race.
At rest, my heart beat at 50, probably.

I bought this watch with the sensors and GPS. The best !

Tu as la folie des sacs et des chaussures comme moi lol ! Sympa et tendance celui à clous. Lova a des yeux bleus extraordinaires et sa position en train de s'étirer est trop drôle ! Bravo Marie ! On ne peut plus t'arrêter... tu cours plus vite que ton ombre à présent ;-) ça m'épuise rien que d'y penser !! Bisous (Fabienne)
ReplyDeleteOuaaaah !!! tu es équipée comme une pro..Thierry a la même ceinture cardiaque..on va vous faire courir ensemble :-) beau temps chrono, bravo...encore un p'tit effort et tu seras prête pour le semi-marathon..et dire que je courais mes 10/15 bornes avant d'avoir ma puce, çà me manque parfois...
