Sunday : Sun and running ...

I ran this morning in a competition, 10 km from Val de Marne .. 57 minutes 02 .. It was really nice to run with the sun.

    Je l'ai trouvé à Venice Beach à Los Angeles ... Je le trouvais vraiment sympa ... et puis Paul me l'a piqué .. Il le trouvait sympa aussi .. et l'extra terrestre s'appelle Paul ... Moi j'y voyais qu'un Alien ... ennervé .. :-)
