I'm in the east of France for holidays in my family. It's very hot, but I needed to run this morning in the countryside.  Heat ... and Sweat ...

8th Day Québec ... Last Day

It was very hot in Quebec today. A little walk to discover other parts of the city.

When I heard this song tonight, I thought of a person. A person I really miss. A person with whom I wanted to be. And I 'm thinking of him ... again and again.. 

We 'll go to Montréal tomorrow afternoon. We have a flight to Paris at 11 p.m. (Montréal time)

7th Day - Québec

Another day to visit this beautiful city in Canada. We went this morning to visit the museum of civilization in the lower town. We visited three exhibition. 
- A history of video games  (Une histoire de jeux vidéos)
- Time of Quebecers. (Le Temps des Québécois)
- Scene in Paris. 1889-1914 (Paris en scène. 1889-1914)
3 exhibitions very interesting and well designed. When I left the exhibition about Paris, a lady told me that I can play for 5 Dollars a contest to win a trip to Paris. Heuuu ... "But Madam, I live in Paris." .. :-)

6th Day - Bonjour Québec

Québec is a wonderful City ... With a great history .. It's our last step ... We remain at Quebec until Sunday. We have at Montreal Airport a night flight to Paris, Sunday night ..
Our hotel is really beautiful in the old Quebec ... next to the summer music festival. I bought my ticket for 3 nights. Paul didn't want to go. He doesn't like the programm.

And the Festival .. Tonight Electro Music ... with the french Dj .. Not really the music I listen to .. but there was a good atmosphere.. Tomorrow night .. Rock Music with Skillet and Guns 'N Roses.. And Saturday night .. Foreigner .. 

 

 Fortunately I found somebody of my family... :-)

 

 

5th day - watching black bears - Part 2

Another video I recorded ... With a female who begins to eat and a big male who takes the place .. He finally accepted the young female at his table ..

 As there was this big male in the area, we didn't see any little bears. Females hide their young, because the males attack them.

 I just found this video on youtube with our guide, who speaks of his passion for the bears. The video shows the trip we experienced.

5th day - watching black bears!!

A great experience. We watched for 4 hours, black bears in their natural environment. We were safe in a watchtower with a guide, in love with bears. The stories of the guide about his experience with the bears were really exciting. The only problem: mosquitoes ... Grrr .. 

 My great bracelet anti-mosquito bought in France didn't resist. The Canadian mosquitoes laughed about it... :-)
